- Late Fee: 10% of Rent
- Early Lease Termination:
- Option 1: 60 day notice and 2 month’s base rent.
- Option 2: Pay rent until apartment is re-rented or lease end date (whichever occurs first)
- Transfer Fee:1 Month of Current Apartment’s Base Rent

- Community Access Replacement Key Fob: $125
- Replacement Garage Remote: $125

Note: Please be advised that
there may be other charges you would be responsible for that are
"variable/incidental" and/or "unknown", such as: damage to the
owner's property caused by you, your household member(s), or
guest(s) (for which an invoice would be issued to reimburse for the
same); or water/sewer charges (based upon your actual exclusive
usage, and for which invoicing will be provided in accordance with
your lease and water/sewer addendum).
