Required Deposits

  • One Time Non-Refundable Pet Fee (1 pet): $500

  • Pet Rent Cat: $30/mo per pet

Optional Fees – Permit Parking

  • One & Two Bedrooms (2 vehicle max): 1st vehicle included. 2nd vehicle $150/mo
  • Three Bedrooms (3 vehicle max): 1st vehicle included. 2nd & 3rd vehicle $150/mo each

Optional Fees – Storage

  • Small: $75/mo
  • Large: $100/mo

Situational Fees

  • Late Fee: 10% of Rent
  • Early Lease Termination:
  • Option 1: 60 day notice and 2 month’s base rent.
  • Option 2: Pay rent until apartment is re-rented or lease end date (whichever occurs first)
  • Transfer Fee:1 Month of Current Apartment’s Base Rent
  • NSF Fee: $40
  • Community Access Replacement Key Fob: $125
  • Replacement Garage Remote: $125
  • Renter's Protection: $11.14/mo
  • Vacant Cost recovery: $50

Utilities & Insurance

  • Electricity: TBD (paid directly to provider)
  • Water/Sewer/Stormwater: TBD (paid along with rent)
  • Cable/Internet: TBD (paid directly to provider)
  • Liability Insurance: Varies based on provider
  • Trash Service: $30/mo
Note: Please be advised that there may be other charges you would be responsible for that are "variable/incidental" and/or "unknown", such as: damage to the owner's property caused by you, your household member(s), or guest(s) (for which an invoice would be issued to reimburse for the same); or water/sewer charges (based upon your actual exclusive usage, and for which invoicing will be provided in accordance with your lease and water/sewer addendum).
